With 25 years in the residential construction industry, building beautiful homes is certainly well engrained. Originally from Wellington, New Zealand Nick studied Quantity Surveying and served his building apprenticeship there. In 2006, Nick moved to the UK and set up Element Construction, progressively learning the ropes of the refurbishment of Victorian London homes. Fast forward 17 years and whilst he is no longer ‘on the tools’, Nick’s knowledge of how to execute and deliver complex and technical builds, while closely maintaining the relationships of all the stakeholders involved has become his strength.
Nick directs the business with integrity and has always maintained that it’s solid core team and boutique approach is what gives Element Construction the ability to confidently deliver on every project.

A New Zealand native, Dave joined Element in 2012 with a strong background in residential construction. As a qualified carpenter by trade, Dave proudly has over fifteen years of experience in managing projects across the high-end residential sector. He adds qualitative value to each of his projects, and most enjoys working closely with his clients and their design teams to deliver exceptional homes. Dave brings professionalism to the building experience, managing each of his sites rigorously with a ‘can-do’ attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Dave’s prior experience includes delivering bespoke new-build properties in New Zealand, and most notably his time as at an award-winning construction company in Australia. It was there he led the refurbishment of a significant Melbourne landmark property, which gained national recognition and was published in Vogue Living Australia. It was on this project that Dave realised his passion of working with existing buildings, specifically combining contemporary detailing with heritage sensibilities through a refined craftsmanship.

Aaron has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, working his way up from apprentice to site manager. He is a highly skilled carpenter and has a wealth of experience in managing a wide range of high end projects. With his vast knowledge and expertise and his calm and precise manner, Aaron has become a valuable asset to Element Construction and exceptionally well regarded by our clients.
Originally from New Zealand Aaron has been based in London for the past 5 years. In that time he has adapted to the fast paced and challenging environment of the construction industry in the UK, delivering successful projects and earning a reputation as a skilled Project Manager. With his dedication and passion for construction, he continue to bring expertise and experience to each project, striving for excellence and delivering results that exceed client’s expectations.

Keeping things very much family owned and managed, Jackie’s role encompasses managing the small back office team who look after invoicing, accounts, HR, recruitment, payroll and social media. Jackie’s corporate experience in recruitment for 15 years prior was certainly very different, however now being an active part of how Element Construction has developed over the years has been hugely fulfilling.
