This incredible project started as a two bed ground floor flat and was transformed into a four double bedroom , three bathroom apartment. The side and rear extension gave a huge open plan living area and the basement, which exceeds the full footprint of the property, not only houses the bedrooms but also a laundry and storage shed. Boasting light, space and depth with incredible space saving and high spec features throughout made this a very unique project.
